Upon request, a technician will install the ADSL service at your home or office.

Installation fee: CHF 350.-
  (within 50 km radius of nearest technician)

The installation fee includes:

Travel to your location (within 50 km)
Installation of splitter or filter
Installation and configuration of the ADSL modem or router as required by clients*
Installation and configuration of the network card (if ordered)*
Testing of the ADSL service

* only for the equipment listed under "Equipment"

Hardware components are not included in the installation fee. The following items can be installed at an additional charge and will be billed separately:

Cables, wall jacks, outlets, etc.
Firewall or similar security systems.

You will be notified of the installation date in advance.

The installation fee is set upon order. In the case of short-term cancellations, or requests for rescheduling, the work already done will be invoiced.
